Smart Battery protect 48/100 output issue

Actually we connected DC-DC converter as load to battery protect thorough MCB, the problem is when MCB gets switched on we didn’t get output at output terminal of battery protect means it reduces the voltage at output side ,another test case is when we connect resistor as load to battery protect through MCB, there is no issue, battery protect maintains the voltage at both input and output terminals.

The DC to DC converter will have a bank of capacitors on the input side causing a high inrush current which will appear as a short circuit and the device will shut down. It is the same problem if an inverter is put on the output.

Thanks for the reply, we have implemented for 37 systems with same setup. we didn’t find any issues like this. We procured 9 no’s recently, Now we’re facing this issue.
