Skylla-i 24/80A Low Voltage Alarm with Bow Thruster – Unable to Adjust Threshold

Hello Victron community,

We are currently facing an issue with our Skylla-i 24/80A 1+1 output charger installed on our boat. The charger is connected to the same battery bank that powers our bow thruster. Every time the bow thruster is engaged, there is a significant voltage drop in the battery bank, which triggers a low voltage alarm from the Skylla-i charger.

While we understand that this voltage drop is normal under such high loads, it becomes problematic because the Skylla-i immediately reports a low voltage condition to our Victron system. We have searched for a way to adjust the low voltage alarm threshold on the Skylla-i, but it appears that there is no option to change or disable this threshold directly.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or is there a workaround that could prevent these unnecessary alarms during normal operation? We would appreciate any advice or suggestions, as it’s frustrating to have alarms that we cannot adjust or disable when the voltage drop is temporary and not indicative of a critical issue.

Thanks in advance for your help!
