Site Challenge with AC coupling

Good Day Comunity. I am reaching out to request assistance with a site that is experiencing an issue with a AC Coupling Fronius inverter connected to Victron 48/15000 Quattro’s.

The site’s configuration includes:

6 x 48/15000 Quattro’s in a three-phase system, with 2 inverters per phase
7 x 450/200 MPPTs
1 x 27kW Fronius inverter
3 x Freedom Won 80/64

The issue at hand is that when the Fronius inverter is producing PV power, and marked as shown on the Cerbo, the Total PV production is added to the critical loads on the system. Conversely, when the Fronius is switched off to not show on the Cerbo, the critical load value drops by the amount of PV produced. I have attached a snippet from the remote console for your reference.

Notably, the supply line on the remote console runs from the Fronius inverter to the Victron inverter and then to the critical loads, whereas in other installations I have installed, the supply line runs from the Fronius to the Victron inverter and then from the Victron inverter to the critical loads.

AC Connections is as follow, the output of the Victron inverters is connected to the main output breaker, and the Fronius supply is also connected to the top of the main AC output breaker.

Is there anyone that has had or gotten such a challenge, that would be able to assist me.

Is the Fronius connected to the AC in or AC out of the inverters, and is the Crbo correctly configured to reflect this?

The Fronius is connected to the AC Out of the inverters. Yes the cerbo is set up correctly, can provide picture if needed.

Also, I note that you are still using the old UI. It may be worth updating the cerbo firmware and switching to the new UI.
