Hello,
How can I configure the CCGX to show “Critical Loads” instead of “AC Loads”?
(show the blue box instead of the yellow box)
Is that a setting in the CCGX or in the Multiplus 2?
Thank you,
Lex

Yellow is PV power.
Can you add a screenshot and some more details about your system please?
Oh yes you’re right, the AC Loads are green, not yellow - sorry!
Here’s a screenshot of the CCGX.
I use 3 MultiPlus-II 48/5000/70-48
VE.Bus connection VE.Bus
Hardware configuration Three phase system, one unit per phase
If everything is connected to the AC Out then everything is “critical loads”.
You only have the blue tile (and the green tile) If you have an external grid sensor and loads between the sensor and AC IN.
Thank you very much for your feedback!
Yes, everything is connected to ACout1.
I just expected it to display as “Critical” by default, as those consumers are the ones being kept alive by the batteries in case of a lost grid.
My next step would be to add an energy meter (EM24, or would you recommend something else?) between grid and non-critical consumers (wallboxes, heat pump,…) and display those loads as “AC Loads”.
Do I need to do the RS485 (with USB Adapter for the GGCX) wiring to connect the EM or would it also show in the dashboard when connected via Ethernet?
Thanks again for sharing your expertise
