Set lithium charge to 80%

What is the best way to set BMS to charge to 80% then back to 100% when needed? I have 4ea 12v 200a Victron lithium NG (2S2P-24v). Multiplus II, Lynx smart BMS, MPPT, Cerbo gx. Solar generally handles usage, but not enough to recharge batteries. It’s plugged into shore power and inverter battery power is needed about once a month discharge down to 20%.

I use solar and wind priority to keep ours around 60%.
