We purchased a Star Power Safiery digital switch last year and have it set up in our electric boat with a Victron Ekrano and use it to switch lights and pumps.
After first upgrading to Venus OS large 3,7 and later to 3,72 we are noticing that in both OS instances the Victron Ekrano sometimes (randomly) does not detect the Safiery after the Safiery StarPower has been switched on. The ekrano incorrectly reports that it is not connected. After rebooting the Ekrano the safiery is found and operational, this then works for a while and then suddenly it does not detect the Safiery when switched on, requiring again a reboot of the Ekrano. We have followed the installation guide correctly, using two terminators etc. We have connected it to the VE CAN2 port on the Ekrano.
If I check the network status of CAN2 in the Ekrano, I do see Err passive and Bus warnings - see attached screenshots below.
Has anybody experienced similar problems or tips on this issue?
