I have noticed this on several occasions and I have seen it reported elsewhere.
When a Ruuvi tag is cold, e.g. in a fridge or freezer the Cerbo gives a low battery alarm. This can happen with a battery less than 2 weeks old. The Ruuvi App does not give the same warning.
Ideally this alarm should be temperature compensated or there should be an ability to disable it.
