Request for exact screw specification for EV Charging Station (EVC300400300)

Hello,

I am looking for the exact screw specification for the baseplate of the Victron EV Charging Station (model EVC300400300).

The unit originally comes with eight screws that fasten the enclosure to the baseplate.
Unfortunately, all eight original screws were lost, and I now need replacement screws that match the exact Victron specification.

The manual, datasheet and available documentation do not list:

  • screw type (self‑tapping / thread‑forming)

  • DIN/ISO standard

  • diameter

  • length

  • head type

  • material (A2/A4 stainless steel)

Could someone from Victron, or anyone with verified information, please provide the official screw specification for these eight baseplate screws?

I want to ensure that I use the correct type and avoid damaging the enclosure.

My dealer suggested it would be easier to go to the hardware store, so I did, but they didn’t really fit. I tried 4.2x19mm ones. The original ones went in tighter, and I thought they were longer.
