Request EVCS - locking charge cable

Hello,

I can not lock the charging cable of the EVCS NS. In a thread here on the community there is a note for a pin, but i can not find that neither.

So also i have the request for this option in a new FW update.

A SW update wouldn’t help because there isn’t the HW installed to lock the cable.

The next HW version of the EVCS will have that.

I had the impression that the cable was locked during charging (by a motor) and un-locked if not charging. Therefor i would be possible. But this makes things clear why the option is not there in the software.

Will need to find an other way…

There was a tutorial somewhere how to lock the cable permanently with a screw or bolt.
