Replacing MP2

Hi All,

I will replace my Victron 48/5000 with a Victron 48/6500.

The 48/5000 will go to somebody else.

Is there anything specific I have to do, to release the old MP2 and add the new MP2?

Or is it just a matter of replacing the MP2’s and configure the new one in the usual way?

Yes, Configure the new inverter for the Battery, AC Grid and any other parameters needed, then just do a straight swap. If you have a GX device and BMS then some of this will be taken care of for you.
