When we opening VRM on VRM portal APP we always get a message that we can use DESS this is NEW.
But DESS is allready on.
how can we remove this message?

Its not something I can see, it was addressed a while ago iirc.
Have you gone to the news section and acknowledged all of the entries there?
What phone version do you have, is the app up to date and does it do the same direct via browser? If so do you use private browsing?
Ok it is very strange.
On both android (Xiaomi) phone and tablet i have removed the vrm app and install it again.
The message is gone now.
