Dear forum,
I was using DESS with Tibber but have switched back to a standard tariff for cost reasons. Unfortunately, I cannot deactivate DESS in the VRM portal; the toggle switch keeps flipping back to ‘on’. The DESS section is still displayed on the dashboard (Dynamic ESS - off). DESS is no longer visible in the Remote Console. What could be the reason for this?

Considering it mentions ‘off’ on the dashboard and in remote console, I think your deactivation went well. If you send me your site ID (the one from the url), I can double-check for you.
Note that if your standard tariffs are different during the days or weekends, DESS also saves you money
