Remote Start Genset on AC Load

I’m trying to set up the generator to start on load. The System is a Multi RS 6000 connected to a LG Resu with a max output of 3kw for a small off grid. We have a storage HWS running off a timer during middle of the day as it’s mainly a weekend so it will run when the suns out and keep it up to temp when they’re there. I want the generator to start on load to not drain/overload the battery if they ever use it but I can’t seem to get it to start on load!

It starts on SOC and manually when I start it through the app. I have turned on the has which has a load of 3600w covered by the solar and small amount of battery if weathers not great. I set the load to 2500w for 30Sec - Wouldn’t start - set it to its lowest setting and still wouldn’t start. I have played with the load “Measurement” tab which I last set as “Total AC out” and the genset position of loads at “AC Output only” (Ive played with different variations of both of these setting to no avail. The only thing I can think of is it isn’t starting because the solar is covering it even though it’s DC Coupled through the RS’s MPPT?

Appreciate any input!

Best way to test is switch off the solar and put the load on woth the condition in place and see

Back onsite today with minimal solar. 200w of solar and 2200w of AC Load with genset load to start at 800w after 10secs and still couldn’t get it to start!

Apologies - I can’t find your reply in here but can see it in my emails.

The genset starts on SOC and when turned on manually through the Cerbo but I can’t get it to start on a load condition for some reason. I’ve tried all the settings I can think of in multiple combinations

Yeah. I deleted it and was going to re write it then got interrupted.
Apologies
If you try load without soc does it work?

I’ll give that a go when im back on site. Really strange ive never had a problem with it that I can remember. Also having some trouble with the geneses not syncing but I have UPS turned on so I’ll see if the issue persists with that turned off (I never had any issues with syncing when I tested
