Remote Console Fail

This morning I logged in to my installation and went to Remote Console and see…

This is a first for me. I went out and rebooted the Cerbo and it fixed it but a few minutes later it was the same thing and needed another reboot. I’m trying to get into the logs on my Cerbo to troubleshoot, so I’m trying to remote SSH. For some reason, I’m not able to with my local IP on my network and although I’m able to connect to the remote IP that’s listed in the settings, I don’t know the password. So I turned on secure communications and set a password, but that didn’t help.

I see this on a customer system when accessing rconsole via VRM and his cerbo wifi connection to the internet is dropping out or struggling with a weak signal.

My network connection is rock solid, so it’s not that, but I’ve since seen that empty brief screen anytime the Cerbo isn’t ready to go such as when I’m rebooting it.

I have seen it as well with poor wifi, and only then. It was confusing as I could still actually communicate with the GX, it was slow and showed weak signal on the wifi indicator, but the new UI seemed particularly intolerant of unreliable, or poor quality comms.
Once I relocated an AP it was completely stable again.

Accessing the console remotely via VRM only compounds the issue.

I hit this problem after upgrading to the 3.60~47 beta. I overcame it by reverting to 3.54.
