Relay terminals on mp2

Can somone please explain what assistant in the mp2 can switch the relay terminals located at the bottom of the mp2?
Ive managed to get the ac ignore to work by usung general flag to ignore ac input, then rely on or off in the assistant, and this successfully switchies the internal contactor. But how to i control the external terminals to switch using soc as the trigger, i can not seem to get the contacts to switch over because i think i may be assigning the wrong relay?

What inverter do you have? And which ones do you want to use?

I jave the MultiPlus-II 48/10000 inverter and i want to use the relay terminals as in the attached photo.

So that is an alarm contact.

D Alarm contact: (left to right) NO, NC, COM

I have not personally used that one yet.
Does Assistant - Relay - programmable relay (012C) work it in ve config?

I shal try that, and report back. May take me a day or two. Thanks for your help.

I have tried to use this alarm relay on my Multiplus 24/500/16 to switch off a solid state relay I the event of grid failure. It did not respond when I programed it with the relay programing function in the VE quick config software. I also tried to switch Realay-2 via the VRM interface, & the alarm relay did not respond, though the sound of a relay switching could be heard.Perhaps these relays are not wired to the output connectors on the bottom of the inverter…
