Quattro shut down

So woke up Sunday morning and noticed the quattro off. When I went into the engine bay I smelled something burn. I’ve checked all wiring, connection’s,lugs, cables and can not seem to locate where the fault is. For now I’m running on passage for 2 days and all’s been good but the quattro doesn’t turn on. I’m getting a sequence of lights and can hear a click. I’ve check the victron light app and there’s no sequence of lights that correspondence with the app. I made a video maybe someone here can help. I’m getting 230v on AC inputs and 13.7v on the DC terminals but she still won’t fire up.

If it smells burnt, then it probably is. Time for an RMA.(repair / warranty?)

The thing is I can’t really find where the smell is came from

Best to remove from installation and bench test, including trying to communicate with a Mk3.
This will give a lot more information.
see https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/Pre-RMA_bench_test_instructions/114199-Pre-RMA_bench_test_instructions-pdf-en.pdf
for more information.

I’ve tried to connect the mk3 it detects it but then disconnects during the lights sequence as in the video above.

I did open a ticket so waiting on instructions from victron agent
