Quattro set up with 400Ah but device list shows 2x100

I have been having strange capacity problems and misreporting for some time.
Basically the system keeps reporting non-existent “battery low voltage” errors, where none exist.
Sadly the erors do not clearly say what system and what conditions caused the fault.
BUT today I added a battery monitor “because that would solve the problem” (not).
However looking carefully at the devices list I noted that the quattro was described as
Quattro 48/10000/140-2x100
but I have 2x200Ah batteries installed.
However in VEConfigure (the only place that seems to allow batteries to be set)
its clearly marked as 400Ah capacity.

Of course this would explain why the system thought the battery was more discharged than it really was, reporting a low battery when the battery voltage was fine.
So the question is, how to properly get the system to know the correct battery capacity.
I have had a good rummage around assorted settings but nothing else seems to allow it, but it should because you can have a system with no quattro. Further the system should not allow two different settings for one device anyway.

That’s the model name of the Quattro, it’s nothing to do with your battery bank capacity. The Quattro has 2 x 100A transfer switches, thus it’s the “Quattro 48/10000/140-2x100”.

Could possibly be setting 5 here.

Unless you are using the ess assistant.

And unless you have shunt and a GX, it will be voltage based.

LX:
Yes, good call,

Pre-alarm, a good call, but 50.00V is well below the figure reported by GX.
I am using ESS but not dynamic ESS.
I have a shunt and Cerbo.
Strangely, the errors have not happened recently (since I posted here in fact) so it just may have taken time for the various settings to percolate through the system, although I did reboot the system in the middle of the problem period.
