2 5Kw SolarEdge inverters in AC out coupling with 20KWh high voltage battery.
The problem is that the Quatro always indicate that they have between 6/7 volts less than what is actually in the system. I measure with an ammeter at the grid input, at the AC in input of the inverter, at the AC out output and in all systems it shows 230V, however the screen indicates 223V.
When the loads from de grid are high (at night for example to charge batteries) and the general voltage drops to about 200 Volts, the Quattro indicates about 194 volts and disconnects from the grid. I have a voltage rectifier (one that makes a 23 volt jump) at the input of the inverter but it only comes into operation below 200 Volts but the Quattro disconnects from the grid since it thinks it is below 195V
These have been happening for a couple of months, before I didn’t have that difference.
Note: The entire system is updated to the latest firmwares.
I installed an external meter a few days ago and the problem persists as the Quattro continues to detect the voltage incorrectly and disconnects from the grid.

The Quattro has two AC voltage readings, one for AC input and the other for AC output.
Are these reading the same voltage when the AC input is connected? (They should)
If you disconnect the AC input supply, does the AC output voltage reading the Quattro show an accurate 230V?
In all cases also check and confirm the readings with your external voltmeter meter on the AC connection points on the inverter, not at a switch or some other point after connection.

Yes, I confirm, when I have 230 volts at the input and output connection points of the Quattro, the Quattro reads about 224V
I took these two photos tonight at the same time when the grid loads was high. There are many strange things in the Quattro measurements, intensity and voltage are wrong…
