An identical issue to this closed thread;
When updating a Quattro to firmware V552 using MK3 with VictonConnect V613 on macOS Monterey, the update fails with all LEDs rapidly blinking.
Unlike the OP a Force Connect does not resolve the issue (it does detect the Quattro everytime). I’ll try VEflash on a Windows machine as suggested by @M_Lange
Monterey (Mac OS 12) is 4 versions behind the current one, I suspect that max testing is 3 versions.
Probably time to upgrade. Crashes and VC haven’t been unusual on Macs, over the years, but it seems fine on Mac OS 16.
Find a windows machine and see if veflash can talk to the unit, if so, reflash it.
VEflash on Windows worked like a charm
