Quattro 24/8000/200-2x100 not charging

I have a permanent shore-power connection.

Yesterday I updated the firmware on my BMV-700 to the latest version with a subsequent reboot of the Quattro. Everything appeared to come-up normally - LEDs as expected, BMV display normal, no error messages on the GX display.

A few hours later I noticed that my battery SOC was down and that the BMV-700 was accurately displaying the voltage and current of a now discharging battery bank. The Quattro BULK LED was lit, but the system was not outputting a corresponding charge voltage. Fuses and connections to the main busbar are all good and shunt connections are all good. A meter check on the battery bank corresponds exactly to the reading on the BMV. AC functions (inverter and pass-thru) are all normal.

My suspicion is that the BMV firmware update is a red-herring and that what I am seeing is a failure of the Quattro charger hardware, but I thought I would check here just in case anyone has had a similar experience.

All thoughts welcome.

Are you sure that you updated the firmware of the BMV, and not the Quattro? Since a BMV update would not require the Quattro to restart. However updating the Quattro requires a restart but also resets all its settings to default, which could explain why its not charging anymore.

How did you perform the update, through VRM or VictronConnect or some other way?
