So I’ve noticed my fans aren’t coming on during high loads and getting high inverter Temp alarm. I’ve tried to troubleshoot them but not too sure if I’m looking in the right location. Done anymore know if these 2 white connectors are for the fans?
Any help with this.
That two connectors are temperature sensors inside the transformers.
Pulling them out should cause the fans to spin up at full speed.
The fan connectors are deeper inside.
When I disconnected those connectors I got a high temperature alarm.
Can’t seem to find the fan connectors.. trying to avoid taking the whole unit out as it’s on a boat. Pita
That’s correct, but the fans didn’t start?
If you don’t want or can’t look closer, you have to contact your seller/installer to get the device checked/repaired/replaced.
No the fans didn’t start. It’s not that I don’t want to it’s we’re I sailing in the middle of the med and can’t take a chance that something will go wrong. Rn the inverter is working just can’t run very high loads for a long time.
