Pytes E-Box 48100r SOC drop Easysolar II GX

Today when I was working on a system and had PC connected to Easysolar through MK3 adapter and had VeConfigure 3 opened suddenly inverter shuted down and showed an alarm that the battery is too low and SOC dropped from 68% to 2% in a matter of a second.
This had never happened before and I was surprised. After I have turned off the inverter and turned it back on it started to work normaly again. Has anyone experienced something like this before? and if,what could be a cause of that?

Was anything else connected? Your BMS may have stopped communicating and no longer reported a SOC to the GX.

I haven’t noticed anything unusual except I have been at that time setting up the assistants and restarted easysolar a few times in series after sending assistant settings. Could that be the reason?

It would depend on the assistants … What kind were they?

Only programmable relays to turn on and off the AC2 on different SOC. Nothing special.

Though a day before I had an incident when I tried to trigger an outer contactor (relay) with the help of AC2 relay but the outer contactor(relay) was faulty and caused a short circuit on AC2 when also running a generator. Nothing special happened except Easysolar shuted down a few times by itself and disconnected the AC1 input and AC2 output but after I have removed the faulty outer contactor(relay) it worked onwards without any problems…but probably that has nothing to do with this issue?
