Pylontech US5000 fully charged voltage query

Good morning folks.
This is my first post and first venture into the world of Victron inverters and storage systems.

I have a question about my newly installed setup -
I have the Multiplus 2 GX 3000/48v/35-32 inverter with 2x Pylontech US5000 batteries.
When the batteries are fully charged and everythings sitting in idle, i notice the battery voltage on the portal is reading between 55.2v and even as much as 58v.
As the system is 48v, is this ok or should there be a setting i need to change?
Im assuming the BMS is doing its thing and isnt upset by the higher voltages or there would be an alarm event?

Everythings operating perfectly and i have it setup as an ESS UPS until i upgrade to to a solar input eventually.
Many thanks in advance.

Have you followed the setup guide here:

Pylon’s don’t normally read that high. 58V would be a problem.
What CVL is the battery requesting? A US5000 typically asks for 53V and the system settles on 52.4.

Thank you Nick, i will go through the setup guide in detail.
Admittedly, the higher voltages nearer 58v, are during the absorbtion phase of charging and now when idle in float, theyre settled down to approximately 52/53v
I will locate the Pylontech data and make the required setting checks.
