Good day. I have 2 pylontech up5000’s connected to a 5kva Multiplus II with a MPPT charger.
Keep getting a low battery voltage warning. System shows 100% SOC but the voltage varies from 49V to 50V. Tried reseting system (including batteries). Latest firmware installed. System was working fine for a year. Any ideas on how to get the voltage and SOC to sync?
Please add some screenshots from the VRM Dashboard and device list.
Busy trying to discharge the battery to 20% and recharge again.
What are the min and max cell voltages?
You might have to make it sit on keep batteries charged.

49.8V is normal when the Pylontechs are starting to discharge, even at 99%. See my graph below.
Question is which is the voltage when the battery current is 0A, at 100%, when the battery is idle. Mine, see, it’s 52.5V.
Also, see what’s in the configuration at: Settings - DVCC - Controlling BMS. It’s Pylontech?
Hi Alex. Seems to be a issue with the slave battery. Once I disconnect it. All the value started making sense again. Have sent the battery in to get checked. Thanks for the feedback
