I would like to share my big battery with my neighbour: let ihm buy a multiplus 2, connect it to his house and to my battery (pylontech)
Are there people that have done something similar?

That’s not supported or suggested. You could install all inverters along with the battery in your house and then possibly feed his main load panel as a sub-panel from your house. I suggest you check the regulations in your country and talk a licensed electrician about this.
The second MP2 is just a DC load on the battery. So long as your not trying to charge the battery with it then it’s pretty simple.
You would just need some way of shutting down the second MP2 if SoC drops below whatever limit you use. Some logic in NodeRed or via an assistant on the main MP2 to operate the remote switch on the 2nd MP2 for example.
You wouldn’t be able to connect both MP2s to the same CerboGX though.
@kmartinho8 a difficulty with having the two systems off the one battery may be the distance to your neighbours multiplus. I guess if the two multiplusses are colocated that would not be a problem but distance is the enemy when dealing with relatively high currents.
