Plug for IP22 30 amp charger on my Boat

I am replacing my old boat charger with a 3 bank IP 22 30 amp charger. On the old charger the AC power is wired in from the AC distribution panel. I note that the IP22 comes with an actual plug- I can certainly wire in a female plug receptacle but does anyone know if the plug receptacle needs to be something different than the standard 15 amps ?
Thanks

The receptacle has IMHO one downside for mobile use: the plug is not locked in it and could fall out of the socket (or move from vibrations, leading to a bad contact, heat, fire, destruction, death).

The IP43 chargers have an input socket with a clip to keep the plug from falling out, there you can also use a normal power cable for PCs (or something), cut off the wall socket end and hard-wire it to your distribution.

Or ask your distributor if he would not care about a missing plug in case of warranty for an IP22 charger… and get a positive reply in writing, so you can hard wire it without warranty anxiety?

Also maximum consumption would be ~450W worst case, meaning <2A on 230V and <4A on 120V AC… the standard 15 amps will be fine.
