Issue: When setting a password on VRM to stop access, the password created is accepted then once the remote console is closed and re-opened, we type the correct pin / password in and it keeps saying incorrect.
The only fix we have for this issue is to physically hard reset the device. The device is on the other side of the country, so as you can imagine this is not an ideal solution.
Are we doing some thing wrong?
