Overload Alarm on Parallel Quattro's

On a couple of sites I keep getting a number of overload warnings and then occasionally I go into Alarm.

I’ve had a look at the sites and I think I’ve isolated it down to the aircon compressors starting. They’re not massive aircons, just standard split systems you would see in a house. Most are 7kW single phase. The aircon man believes about half are inverter type, half DOL. The load is only ever around 8 – 18kw per phase but we keep getting these warnings so must be impact loading we are not seeing on VRM.

I believe these compressors starting are whacking the battery hard enough to throw a warning.

what I understand, when you parallel up 2 x 10kVA inverters for 1 phase like the 60’s are, we’ve been told as the load comes on, it is only supplied by 1 inverter until it reaches say 75% of the first inverters capacity, then it brings the second inverter in on that same phase and parallels up for loads above 10kVA. Is that how you understand the Victron inverters work? If so, could it be we are only running on 1 inverter with say 5 or 6kw, then we are whacking it hard with a compressor start from the aircon and that’s what’s causing the overload alarm? Because we are nowhere near the 20kVA on any of the phases and keep getting overload alarms, so I’m wondering if this is a factor.
Unit has 2 x Quattro 48/10000/140-2x100 per Phase in Parallel.
