Orion Xs - Power steering/airbag fault, Ducato 180CV 2024

Good morning, I wanted to ask if this problem has already been addressed.
With the Orion XS active, when starting the vehicle, a warning appears occasionally, with a red light indicating a power steering malfunction, and then the airbag warning light. The electric power steering does not activate. Suppose, after a couple of attempts to start it, everything returns to normal and works properly. I have verified that with the Orion off, however, no anomalies ever occur. Could it be that the Orion activates with the ignition D+ and draws too much current during the engine start-up phase, resulting in a voltage drop in the vehicle’s control unit, which is interpreted as an error?
I didn’t find the option to delay the activation of Orion among the parameters. Am I just not finding it or was it not considered in the management software?

Thank’s

Where did you take the D+ from?
Modern cars use CAN bus communication for most signals.
If you “randomly” connect a wire to that bus that can/will cause problems.

Thanks for the reply, the D+ is taken from the connection already present on the vehicle’s service control unit, the same one used to close the satellite antenna and to close the electric step, it is specifically designed and indicated for that.
I’ll go to support this week to have them read the messages in the vehicle’s electronic control unit, assuming they remain in memory, and I’ll try to regenerate the event there.
