Orion XS input voltage not correct

Hello everyone, after reading other related posts on this forum, I’m looking to confirm that I need to replace this Orion XS. This is a newly installed unit. The app indicates that the unit is not charging because of low input voltage. As you’ll see from the screen shot (below), the input voltage reads 0.8V. That reading varies a little but never comes close to the actual voltage of 13.8 volts with the engine running and 12.5 volts with the engine off (but still connected to an AGM battery). These are voltages measured at the input of the Orion XS. I’ve checked my connections, fuses and grounds. I’ve disconnected the input and output cables to the Orion XS, and got the same result after reconnecting.

I’m assuming I’ve got a dead Orion XS or am I missing something?

Do check for any blown fuse in the input line, other lose or damaged connection.
Also check with voltmeter on the unit terminals.
finally if error persists, remove and bench test.

It turned out to be a lose body ground connection. Thank you!
