No you will the older Tr model the XS is not isolated.
The non isolated means the input and output battery sides are not isolated from each other, it is not to do with isolated from hull ground. Isolated or non isolated makes no difference regarding hull construction if the batteries are not connected to the hull or there is only a single grounding point, it only matters if the negatives of the two batteries are connected or not.
