Orion xs 1400 not charging. Voltage too low

I replaced 2 x orion smart 12/24v 15a with 2x Orion xs 1400.

Input voltage too low… I tried every setting.

. I put the original orion in and it works! I have 12v alternator and 24v lifepo4 battery system.

What am I missing?

The input is set to 24V.

I try it tomorrow. What I don’t understand is why does it not set it automatically , when i set the alternator to 12v and battery to 24v.

I wasted hours .

IDK but I will report it as a bug to the VictronConnect team.

(But you didn’t check all settings )

You have to test that, look how the voltage of your alternator behaves under load.

It’s working now.

One more question:

I have 2x orion xs 1400

12 to 24v

Alternator only shows half the charge on the “ overview “ screen. “ brief “ screen shows the full double output. Can it be combined?

The engine was just idling, it might produce the promised 2x 700w…when driving.

There was a software update on Ecrano gx today and it is showing both orion

xs as alternator
