Is there an excepted safe method to pre install the latest firmware before installing the Orion XS into a vehicle? I want to preprogram the device for installers. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Just connect 12V from a battery or a PSU to the input.
Thanks Matthias would I need a fuse between to battery and the Orion XS to protect the device or does the device have internal protection thanks for your very quick assistance
I would say it’s not necessary to add a fuse for programming but it’s up to you.
