I have a MPPT 100/20 It has been in service about 2 months. We had the PV power get disconnected and the Battery went low. Upon arriving to the site the Bat was at 11.88 we reconnected the Solar and jumped the battery to our vehicle and got the battery up to above 14 V and the lights to go from Blue to amber then Green but the load never turned on. Only saw about .4 volts. to get the site temporarily back up just am using the Controller to charge the Battery and the Load is directly to the Battery. Tell we can get an new Controller. The 25 amp fuse was fine is there something else I can check?
if your controller does not have bluetooth, then you need a VE direct / USB adapter to talk to it and to check the settings.
