Our cerbo display is about 3 yrs old. It worked and displayed fine until last night. Coincidentally we’ve had major thunderstorms the last few days. Our setup is onboard our sailboat with a 48 ft mast. We observed numerous lightning strikes and we’re pretty certain there was no direct hit but very possibly a nearby strike.
Our air conditioner is connected to shore power but not the house side so no 120 vac to the 60hz Victron Multiplus 12/3000/120. We run basic lighting and other 120 vac appliances through the inverter and it’s still working. When accessing the LiFPo4 batteries through the bluetooth connection all appears normal. (State of charge at 45 to 48%, within range) and all 4 house batteries right at 13.1 vdc.
With all the recent rain we’re not charging to 100% every day but the system has never gone below 40%.
I tried resetting the display by disconnecting it from power but also disconnected my cerbo gx, wiping out all notifications before seeing them. All settings appear to remain untouched, wifi is still connected and otherwise the system appears functional. Thoughts? Guidance?
