Hi,
i have sometimes the problem, that multiplus switches off at soc 34,5%
in this case 6:14
The battery voltage is 45,9V
Is it possible to change the threshold value for the low voltage in the multiplus ii ?
Thanks
Thomas

Hi, yes. Shutoff and restart thresholds are configured in the multiplus settings.
You will need either a mk3 usb or internet connection to adjust those settings.
The manual has a good overview of the various settings available.
Hi,
i adjusted some settings see here and i have the newest firmware on multiplus ii 5000/48
But now the multiplus switches earlier off :-(.
i hope someone can help what is wrong.
thanks
Thomas
Have you checked the Multiplus input voltage, not the battery voltage, do you have a lot of voltage drop between the battery and the Multiplus.
do you mean the AC ? i have no AC input because its offgrid.
No, the DC voltage st the Multiplus input as that is what the Multiplus shuts down on, not the battery voltage.
Untick the SOC shutdown, just use voltage and see how it goes.
ok i will try it, it was my setting before. thanks. Thomas
