Multiplus Settings file corrupt, no winOS to reconfigure

Hello!

After Firmware update, unable to load the previous setting file .rvsc and I’m not sure if I over wrote it in troubleshooting or what. The Multiplus behavior is not charging, and sits in float or absorption. Researching It sounds like I need to reconfigure the current .rvsc file…BUT

I do not own a Windows PC to run the VEConfigure tool, and basically have an iPad to try and get up and running until I return home in a couple weeks. (Still no windows, but I could probably run it in a VM)

If anyone could assist me in updating the file so I’m not screwed for the next couple weeks, I would be overjoyed. Latest Downloaded file:

Affinity_Forest_c0619ab8a7df_inst_ttyS4_Interfaces_Mk2_Tunnel.rvsc (4.4 KB)

I’m using 2x SOK 314 (12V 314Ah) in parallel. From what I can gather the settings need to be:

Victron Settings for SOK 314 Battery

  • Absorption Voltage: 14.6V

  • Float Voltage: 13.8V

  • Storage Voltage: 13.6V

  • Recondition Voltage: Disabled

  • BatterySafe: Disabled

  • Temperature Compensation: Disabled

  • Equalize Current (for MPPTs): 0%

Thanks a million!

Aaron

This is the error I get from the original file

Managed to find a friendly neighbor, with a Windows Device!

VEConfig setup was pretty straightforward. File Uploaded without a hitch, and I’m now charging off the Grid!

Where can I file an enhancement request to get macOS, or an iOS app, or hell even Linux! for configuration of these .rvsc files instead of relying on windows VEConnect 3.

Im using Debian and run VEconfig through Proton, works fine, even ComPorts work (although linux is a bit special about USB-to-Com adapters)

Im sure you could run it on Mac through Bottles or something similar
