Multiplus Not Always Changing Modes Using GX-Touch

The system has been working great for a few years without issue. This is a fairly new intermittend problem.

The issue is that when using the Cerbo touch screen, the Multiplus does not always change inverter modes. When it fails, it reverts back to the current mode instead of the intended mode change indicated on the screen. Basically it fails to successfully change modes.

Any idea what would cause the Multiplus not to correctly change modes using the Cerbo? The software using the Cerbo interface are up to date.

Also, I tested it using the Bluetooth app as well as the online browser-based VRM portol and it works fine for mode changing. The issue seems to mainly happen when using the touch screen and not the other interfaces.
