This has probably been answered a dozen times.
Up until a few days ago, if I set the Inverter/Charger mode to “On”, the battery would be used rather than the grid.
It has now stopped using the battery in this mode, even though SOC is 80% and MinSOC is 40%.
Nor in “Inverter only” mode!
The CGwacs/BatteryLife/State is 7
I only discovered this during an Octopus Saver Session.
Venus firmware is v3.54

Your battery says no. So looking at that would be a good place to start.
What battery do you have?
Does the inverter remain on in this state or switch off?

I have a rack of 3 of these Fogstar 52v
They are fine, but fairly unbalanced due to no solar for what seems like ages.
This then made me look at the actual Multiplus box, which was showing a “low battery” warning when I tried to use the batteries.
Up until then I had been using the web interface which doesn’t seem to show this error.
So I selected “Keep batteries charged” for a couple of minutes, and it’s now working correctly.
