Multiplus II HS?

Hello ,
Sorry EDIT : I forgot something really important , I had a Error code: #38 on the day when the error occured .
I have a big issue on my installation for a month . I only come today to try to see if I can fix it .
My multiplus II isn’t visible in vrm , I can try to switch on chager or inverter , no results :InvisibleMultiplus|690x195
The installation in working since 2019 .
I want to know if there is a simple way to test the multiplus : open it and test ?
Thank you if you can answer my question …

My installation :
MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32
SmartSolar Charger MPPT 150/60
Batteries 39x Nickel-Fer 300 Ah
BMV-712 Smart
GX color control

We had winter and little sun …
Are the batteries possibly deeply discharged and has your Multi switched off?
Disconnect the battery and measure the open-circuit voltage of your cells … then we can continue our search.
and always check the fuses …

Thanks Steffen , The batteries are Ok but the Gx Color Control is indicating 100% all time long … Nothing normal

Are there fuses in the Multilplus that are easy to check , that’s really what I’m looking for ?

Disconnect the Muti from the VE bus and then try to switch it on via the switch … Also check the “Remote” bridge to see if it is plugged in

Ok thanks , I will try to understand and do it

When I shut down the Multiplus and then on , first the green light on the right in on then it’s only the green light ont the left (charger) that is on .
The Multiplus is on the Inverter position .

I don’t understand what the “remote bridge” is …

**Sorry EDIT : I forgot something really important , I had a Error code: #38 on the day when the error occured .
I remember I looked at that and I thought it was a consequence of the Multi not working good , The parameters where perhaps reinitialised and it found my battery voltage too high bcause of a disfunction … ?

Ok …
Do you see the multi on the color display
The remote bridge seems to be plugged in because the Multi is responding.
Are the terminating resistors of the VE bus plugged in?
Have you carried out any updates or other work on the system?

Take a look at #38

Maybe to much PV power in the Winter ? What does your PV system look like ?

Steffen,
Do you see the multi on the color display

The remote bridge seems to be plugged in because the Multi is responding.
In fact , it is invisible :

Not as I remember

Sorry … my mistake … Resistors only go into the VE-Can bus …
Have you restarted the Gx or disconnected it from the power supply for a few minutes and then started it up again?
The multi is working …

Unplug all “network cables” and then plug them back in … maybe just a communication error or a bad contact between plug and socket …

Thank you for your time . I disconnect everything , I made an update on the Gx Color Control to the last version . I connected everything an I see no change :
The multiplus is not working , it has no electric consumption , no noise , all seems to be OK but the Multiplus .
So my first question was : is there a way to test the Multiplus easily ? Opening it and fix it ? Is there a tutorial on that ?
I looked on the the web and I don’t see anything now …
