is it possible to start the multiplus II after say 30 seconds.
the problem is when the battery’s start to precharge the capacitors of the multiplus II the inverter wants to start but than the voltage drops and the battery / inverter switch of.
so my question is it possible to start the multiplus II after a given time to let the battery precharge the capacitors so the battery can switch to its main relay.
You can try raise the restart value in settings.
But adding in a precharge resistor is going to be more reliable as it limits the inrush.
Or precharge with solar.
the battery has its one internal precharge resistor/relay. i traid to turn the restart value up al little, but the problem then is when i discharge and switch of the system and want to start up the system it never starts.
I have a separate resistor for batteries with a weak precharge circuit.
Do you have solar?
If not the other way is to set your shut down higher so that the invert shuts down before the battery does and then you wont have to precharge
