Hi all, I’ve had a Multiplus II 15 kVA for a couple of years now, supplying my small craft brewery, but on the 20th of december, just hours after I went away for the holidays it apparently stopped working (internet connection to the building cut out, today after I returned, I found the Multiplus II didn’t work anymore). It does not show any sign of life. I did some basic checks. I connected the Cerbo GX to the hotspot of my phone to connect to the system, but I can’t control the Multiplus (I keeps trying to open the controls). I Removed the remote control bridge and tried to turn it on with the rocker switch in the housing. There is an input voltage from the battery on the Multiplus’ terminals. It does not respond to grid input (normally that is turned off, only when I need additional power when brewing I switch it on). At the time of cutting out there were no excessive loads (only a small fridge and a couple of Arduino controllers and an internet modem). State of charge of the battery was around 37%. I hope someone can help me with this issue. Cheers, Martijn.
You say you removed the remote control bridge, why? Without it wont start, did you try to start it with the bridge in place?
Hi Marc, thanks for your reaction. To your question: yes, I tried it with and without the remote bridge, from the VRM app and with the rocker switch.
Ok did you check all the fuses (with a multimeter!)?
