Multiplus Error "Low Battery Voltage"

I have a Multiplus 12/1600/70. The device is new.

Also new is the 200Ah lithium battery. When the compressor refrigerator in my caravan starts up in 230V mode, the error message “Low Battery Voltage” appears on the GX display. The starting current measured was 800 watts. The lithium battery is 100 percent charged and has 13.4 volts. Is this problem known, and if so, is there a solution?

How have you configured the Multi’s thresholds?

Are there any charts you can share to show battery voltage/current at the time?

A surge may not be rendered properly on the GX, and can be orders of magnitude above the continuous rating.

With the config tool I only set up the lithium battery.
