I have an installation with a MutliPlus II and a Seplos 16s battery.
A few days ago I changed from MultiPlus 3000 to a new 5000 with FW v552. I also updated the VEConfigure tool and the ESS assistant was also updated.
Since I have changed the MultisPlus I observe an unknown behavior. If my configured min. SOC of 20% is reached the MultiPlus toggles between idle and charging state and charges the battery slowly with max. 1A from the grid until a SOC of 22% is reached.
This behavior is new since I have changed the Multiplus. Before the SOC was stable at 20% until at the next day solar power is available to charge the battery.
Don’t now whether this is caused by the new FW, configuration SW or ESS assistant.
Does anybody have similar observations?
