Multiplus 3000VA DC Input Low Shutdown not shutting down low load

Hi folks,

A client’s system is set to shut down at 12.25V, but at low load (25-30W) the battery voltage regularly drops below this voltage, but does not shut down. The other day, under a higher load (95W) the battery did cross the 12.25V threshold, and shut down as expected.

Is there something I’m missing here with these settings? I would expect the inverter to shut off at the set voltage, regardless of load.

I dug a bit deeper and figured it out.

The VE.bus voltage was reading about ~0.4Vdc higher than the BMV, so it looked like it wasn’t shutting it off when it was supposed to.

I’ve turned on DVCC on the Cerbo, forced the voltage to the BMV’s voltage (which I trust more) and now I’m seeing a unified voltage on both readings. I’ll drop a message once we see it drop below the cut out again to verify.
