Hello everyone,
I have a MultiPlus 24/5000 inverter connected to a battery bank, which is primarily charged via PV panels through a SmartSolar 150/100Tr charge controller.
I would like to connect the AC grid to the inverter, but only use it as a secondary power source. My goal is to prioritize solar energy—charging the batteries from the PV panels first—and then use the AC grid only when necessary (i.e., when solar production is insufficient or the batteries are depleted).
What is the best way to configure this setup and with what software (Victron Connect or VEconfig)?
