Multiplus 12/3000/120. 50

My Multiplus 12/3000/120 50A, has a green led mains on, a yellow bulk led on, an inverter on green led on, a low battery red led on. I read 12V in the main dc from my link distributor 1000, but I read 0 V on my 120V out put (connected or not connected to shore power). The battery charger is not working from my Multiplus unit (the batteries do charge though my Orion or through solar). I also noticed that my link distributor 1000 has no led readings. I bought the unit in 2024, I installed the unit in Aug 2025, used it continuously for 6 weeks without any problems. I took the batteries out for the winter, I installed the batteries last Thursday, all my low voltage appliances work, but I noticed the next day that my 120V inverter voltage was not working. I would appreciate any suggestions, including if anyone knows if the unit has a warranty. Thanks

Did you buy it new/second hand? What is the hq number?

link distributor 1000 has no led readings

These will only work of you have the lynx shunt or have modded the lynx distributor.
