Multiple energy meters and different baud rates

I currently have my system running fine with a MP2, Cerbo, DIY LFP battery, Solar, etc.
ESS is configured and running well with an ET112 meter configured as grid.

I would like to add a data connection to a second meter, an ET340 which has been installed as part of a heat pump installation.
This ET340 is running at different parameters: 19,200 baud, even parity, 1 stop bit. I cannot change these as the ET340 is already sending data to the heat pump. I just want to tap off this data.

Currently, the Cerbo doesn’t “see” this meter when connected with an RS485-USB cable. Using the same cable on my PC, I can see the data with the Carlo Gavazzi software - that’s where I detected the non-default communication parameters.

So I have two questions:

  1. Can I add a second meter and have it configured as “AC load”. I don’t need VRM to do anything with this data, just show it as another data point.
  2. As the Cerbo cannot currently see the ET340, I suspect it’s because it defaults to 9,600 baud, no parity, etc. Can this be changed somehow in the shell?

Another solution would be to use a Shelly or other device, but would that then still work with the Cerbo / VRM or would I need to go down the Home Assistant route?

Thanks for any ideas.
