Multiple DC loads?

I’d like to monitor each of the 4 lynx outputs for amps used, and preferably see each of them separately on the cerbo.

A shunt on the lynx negative will clearly capture all the circuits.

I believe I can put 4x smartshunts on the 4x lynx outputs to measure amps (obviously V are the same!).

Firstly, is this a good way to measure loads, 2 of which are 200+ amps and 2 are 70-80 amps?

Secondly, how can these be shown through the cerbo as separate amounts?

@Bluemu yes, it’s definitely possible to use multiple SmartShunts connected to a GX device to monitor individual loads.

Therefore, via VictronConnect under Misc set each to “DC Meter” and select “Generic Load” or any other appropriate load type. There are more options if you scroll down. The SmartShunts will then show up on the GX device under “Devices” and report the DC consumption.

With the upcoming release of Venus OS v3.70 you will also be able to access an overview conveniently from the gui-v2 Overview page by tapping the “DC Load” tile.

Thanks Philipp. Will v3.7 cater for showing multiple of the same type, like 4x generic load?

Yes, indeed. And you can give each a custom name to distinguish them.

Awesome! Exactly what I was after! Thanks victron!
