Multi RS AC1 relay open?

I have a 3-phase Multi RS MPPT system with a VM-3P75CT meter connected.

Attached to this is a JK BMS battery of 32kWh. I currently have this running as ESS on AC IN. AC Out is not being used yet.

Now I have the following problem. Sometimes the system goes into island mode, or so it seems. It shows “AC1 relay open.” This lasts about a minute, after which it goes back to “AC1 relay closed.” This happens randomly.

The grid voltage doesn’t go above 249V.

Can anyone help me further? I don’t see anything relevant in the log files. Where can I increase the log level to get more detail?

the grid settings in VictronConnect, I noticed the AC input settings are not consistent across the three units:

  • Phase 1: Grid code set to Europe (EN 50549)
  • Phase 2: Grid code set to None
  • Phase 3: Grid code set to None

Also on the LOM (Loss of Mains) side:

  • Phase 2, AC input 1: LOM set to No LOM
  • Other units (Phase 1 and 3): LOM set to Compliant

I changed the settings so they are equal.
